Mint, what are you going? Are you trying to torture me?

Is it more secure or something to sign in on a second page? Because it's really flipping annoying. Why the hell should I click a link just to sign in? Why can't the old sign in on the home page work? What's the difference of signing in on the home page and a click to login?

I hate that click. So flipping annoying. 90% of the people visiting your site are signing in, so why torture them? Why not just get to it.

I'm posting this from my recent comment on your earlier post about Thrive, as to which we do it: naturally, I can't speak to Mint's reasoning.

"The home page is http, your login is https, and if we mix the two in one page, you'll get warning that may confused more basic users. So we do it for security reasons and we'll be working to make this smoother in the future."

Hope that helps for others that might have that question.

Nicest Weather EVER!

The ride to work this morning was amazing. It was some of the nicest weather that I've seen in a long time. Almost 60 deg F, sunny, just nice. I want more of this weather. Bought tickets today for BOSTON! I'm in major need of a mini-break and in major need of getting away from work for a few days. I'm so excited to go back! I miss it sooo much. It's hard living somewhere you don't like. It just makes me think of looking for another job so that I don't have to live here anymore. But I'm not even partially vested yet -- so I need to stay at least a full year to become at least partially vested. *Sigh* Work stucks today for so many reasons. I'm glad it's friday. And I'm really glad I get to go to Boston next weekend. Yeah for Boston!
