Hysterical

I love "The Office" it is absolutely hysterical. Ridiculously hysterical. It makes me belly laugh. BELLY LAUGH!

I'm a terrible person - I'm not handing out candy this year. I got out of work too late. By the time I got home people were already out trick-or-treating, and I hadn't even gone out to buy any candy yet. I don't remember Halloween involving crazy dress up costumes like it seems to now. We were all about paper hats and plastic swords and one cape. One year my brother would be a vampire - the next year I would be a witch. Then Little Bro would be a pirate or whatever. We never bought anything that wouldn't get 1K miles of use. Now kids are in complete lion, tigger, whatever costumes - nothing home made. It has got to be crazy expensive. Glad I don't have little money suckers.

I learned a new slang term today. No it wasn't lollerskates or leafycaust - it was 'crop dusting.' Look it up on urban dictionary. Ingenuity always makes me laugh.

There's so much to worry about in life. It's crazy. I don't know how people are really organized and get everything done. I really really struggle with it. I get the basics done like getting the bills paid and getting fed. But how do people do all the extra stuff? Make grocery lists, exercise religiously, make sure the house is always clean, read books, organize stuff. All the crap I always seem not to be able to get done. Maybe I'm just making life too difficult and making it harder for myself to organize. I think it's the incremental thing that people are better at. Like doing a load or two of laundry a week - instead of waiting for it to all pile up and start doing it. They probably do a few chores everyday so that it doesn't pile up on the weekend. I think I need to learn to get better at the incremental thing. I was getting good at it for a while in Rochester - but then I moved and everything go screwed up.

Can you make November resolutions? I think I might make some about now.

Can we also just laugh for about the power girls have over guys for a minute? It's pretty amazing. Yesterday I was walking to work like normal. It was really cold so I was bundled up in a hat and scarf. I was doing something on my iPod and I looked up to see a really cute guy - so I kept looking at him and smiled. The guy looked back at me and smiled and in the processes he didn't pay attention to where he was going - so he slowly started drifting into the lane and almost got ran into by a car. No one was hurt. Walking to work everyday is awesome - there are a lot of cute boys that walk/bike in the opposite direction as me. It's always highly entertaining.

I swear I'm going to get myself together this weekend and research everyone on the ballot this weekend - so that I know how to vote on Tuesday. Yeah for voting!
