Shower Time

This was a very 'action packed' weekend. Friday night I drove to Cleveland - watched HP5 Movie w/Josh and his girlfriend. Played a little wii then went to bed. Got up - drove to Toledo - was at my parents house for like 1/2 hour where I showered and attempted to find wrapping paper. I failed at the wrapping paper thing and ended up finding a Christmas bag that I put Lauren's present in. I figured it would only take like 20 minutes to get over to where Lauren's shower was - but I totally should have looked at the directions more closely. The place was in the middle of nowhere and was about 45 minutes away. Opsy! I didn't mean to be 20 minutes late.... It was really great to see Lauren again, and I finally got to meet Dan.

Lauren - what's Jake's email? I need to email him. Or did you send it with the dress/shoes mail? Oh - and what's your new contact info/address etc?

Went and hung out with family for the rest of the night. Then got up early in the morning to go play golf - ate dinner. Then drove back to Ohio.

I did a lot of things - but I'm so exhausted right now. My apartment's an absolute mess - and I have little to no clean clothes that I can wear to work tomorrow. Sad face.

I don't want to do a big review of the HP5 movie - because I don't want to spoil it. Overall it was well done. Of course they changed somethings. After reading the book - I felt like the movie was the book in fast forward. I'm not sure that people who didn't read the book would catch all the details because a lot happened in a very short period of time. I do love watching the things in the book actually acted out - especially the special effects things.

I've posted both my Vegas pics (I don't remember taking some of them - nor can I figure out when I did it....) and a few pics from Lauren's shower. Haven't added comments or anything yet. Maybe later this week before the HP7 book comes out and I'm totally engrossed in that.
