Possibilities
So finally!!!! AZ has gotten back to me. It looks like a fun week of salary negotiations is about to start... It's only been like a month since I interviewed and like 5 months since I first started talking to them. Whatevers. We'll see how it all works out.
Hopefully we can work something out and hopefully I'll be moving to Tucson - during the middle of the summer... joy. But then the summer will be over and it will be nice. Everyone is allowed to visit me! (Unless this whole thing doesn't work out.)
In other news my company blows and decided yet again to make decisions about its employees without actually asking any of us. Then the few choices we do have must be completed in a ridiculously short period of time because the people making the decisions are lazy.
My second job kind of blows. At first I was working a ton - with no shifts being really great for tips. Then things started to pick up - and even though I've been there long that other people I end up having to pick up the shifts that no one else wants ... IE the crappy shifts. Clearly I'm speaking up and saying ... hey give me some better shifts. This sucks. I'll see if anything actually changes. If not I can always quit - I've got no need for them really -- other than picking up an extra couple of dollars. Ehhh whatevers.
I should go do some more slary/job reserach before I start this shit tomorrow.
