Open Letter to CS Manager
Dear CS Manager,
You really are dumb and annoy me. Instead of asking questions when you don't get something, or there is some confusion, you instead try to call a meeting. What is a meeting to me? It's a waste of my time, and it's a waste of company resources. If something is in my job description don't you think I'm all over that? I am, so if you have a question about something that I handle, please do not call a meeting with the CEO, CFO, yourself and me, it's wasting our time. Especially when I can solve your whole "mystery" in an email that takes up less than a page.
You're such a dumb-ass please think before you act. The especially includes new "system operations" that take more "transaction time" -- namely wasting my time. This espeically includes trying to get rid of things that you don't want to deal with. Instead of discussing the idea with people who actually use it, you discuss it with me. I'm not your boss (see pervious post). I've just graduated from college, I don't know any better. So, since you've been here for the last month or so, you've wasted a lot of my time with dumb questions, haven't asked me questions you should have, and just basically have acted like a dumb ass breathing down everyone's neck like a dragon and not really doing your job because you're too busy micromanageing. I know that you've never managed people before, and it shows, a lot.
So please CS Manager, don't annoy me, don't waste my time, and for God's sake if you have a question ask the person in charge of that area, don't run to the CEO -- you're wasting his time too.
Oh and CEO -- thanks for the props today in the meeting.
