Ummm....

I can't figure out why one of the management team keeps coming to me to ask me for answers. It's really annoying. It seems like everytime he doesn't know what to do with something, or doesn't understand something -- even when it's not something I'm supposed to do -- stuff I should not even be dealing with, aka non-technical questions. I'm not your boss, I'm not your manager. Why are you asking me?

It really just drives me nuts. You've been here for like a month -- over a month -- over a month and a half ago. I don't think I should be telling him how to do things.

The other thing that bugs me is that he doesn't think things through, or even attempt to see things from different angle. This always results in an over simplification. Then when he fully figures out the full situation he's always like "oh, this is more complicated than I thought, I'll have to think about this." Don't you think that with the huge numbers of engineers and other technical personal with highly refined reasoning skills couldn't solve it, why do you think it's so simple?

The most frusterating part is that there is no one to talk to about it. He's in bed with the CEO. So I can't really talk to any of the management team. He's not hearing any complains from customers anymore, (b/c the guy is covering everything up, it's not that we're not receiving complains anymore, it's that the CEO doesn't hear them anymore). As it is management has been having a number of "secret" offsite meetings lately. . . which just sketches me out more because why can't they talk abou it here? The worst part is that there is no one to do anything about it.
