Tummy isn't yummy
My tummy (yes I know, when I'm sick I revert to speaking like a three-year old, but I'm sick, so leave me alone) hurts a lot lately. For no apparent reason. It doesn't matter what I've eaten, what time of day it is, or how stressed out I am. It just hurts. All the time. If it keeps hurting I'll have to go to the doctor and explain to him that the reason I am seeing him is because my tummy hurts. That's hard to face up to when you're no longer three and mom isn't giving you 7-up because you're sick. (BTW 7-up is way better than Sprite)
Work has been boring lately, I've been attempting to screw around as much as possible until my supervisors figure me out. I'm pretty good at hiding my screwing around. I still need a little more practice -- or better hearing. You know, six of one half a dozen of the other.
Monday's are crappy days in general though. For starters you actually have to get out of bed in the morning. This by definition makes me just want to stay in bed longer. Then work is crappy because you're at the begining of a new week, and you really don't want to be there because you're still want to revert to weekend time. Then once work is done there's little to do after work, because it's Monday -- and no one ever wants to plan anything for a Monday night. So you sit and try to watch TV, but that sucks even more, because all the crappy shows are on Monday night. Maybe they're just not all established and have good writers yet, but in the interum they're crappy - and should not be watched. Whoever thought a show about a seamonster, prisoner, or casino were a good idea? Don't get me started on shows about suburban life with a husband wife and multiple children. What happened to the days when TV actually had interesting shows to watch on it?
I guess this is just another reason I need to find more stuff to do. I was going to try to join a yoga class, but it seems like all the yoga classes are already in session and I'll have to wait until the end of October to get in on a session. Whoa is me. I guess another day.
Another day another dollar, maybe tomorrow will be more exciting.
