Pain of Indecision

Why is it absolutely impossible for me to make a decision without knowing the full extent of my options? If I know that there are more options out there, even if I know for sure that they are inferior options, I still must fully examine them all, I can't leave any options out. This is actually very disibilitation. I can't make any decision without wasting all the time examining all the crappy choices. It really makes me lose large amounts of time, that I could be doing something a lot more useful. I'm wasting my life looking at choices I don't want.

I really hate doing daily/weekly chores like laundry and cleaning. It's really annoying, and it's not really a waste of time, but rather a never ending chore that just wastes time. I hate doing anything that doesn't really accomplish anything, or that will have to be undone during some indeterminate amount of time. For example: I hate taking the time to put things in storage, since it's just going to come back out of storage again. Why not just leave it lay around instead of wasting my time storing it and then unstoring it. I know many of you out there will think "but you got it out of the way for x amount of time." Yes my friend, but it's easier and less time consuming to just leave it as it is.

This brings up another issue. What exactly am I doing with all this time I'm "saving". Am I saving dolphins at the equator? Dinasaurs on Venus? or maybe Georgia from a corupt Government? NO. I am saving all this time to do nothing with it. That's right, absolutely nothing. I'm not using it for the greater good, volunteering it to those whom are not well off, nor doing anything constructive at all. The time I am saving I am completely wasting it away by doing useless things like watching tv, or just sitting around doing well... nothing. And I'm proud of it. I love wasting time. It's the highlight of my life. The only thing better than wasting time by yourself is wasting time with friends. Then you can do nothing together. Which is always better than something.

Some people would argue that something is always better than nothing. Au contre mon ami. Doing nothing is always better than doing something. Wasting your time on useless drivel that is socially considered "doing something constructive" is typically rather useless on the whole. For years people have been doing constructive things -- and may of these "constructive thing" have turned out to help people waste more time. Prime example: Video games. These people have wasted hundreds of thousands of hours, some times years making video games with the prime purpose to help people waste their own time. Now who's wasting their time?
